Welcome to Vancouver Island Photo Tours. I have been a professional photographer based on Vancouver Island (& recently Salt Spring Island) for over 19 years. I offer private customized tours for photographers and tourists alike that want to explore & create in the difficult to find locations on Vancouver Island. The service includes myself, my Toyota Tacoma, and bottled water (lunch and snacks are included with full day trips). I also have a built-in fridge in the Tacoma to make your experience more enjoyable (cold water on hot days!). Pick up and drop off at the Victoria International Airport or BC Ferries terminal at Swartz Bay (Sidney / North Saanich) is also included.
Photo Tours are offered on a full day and half basis with multiple days being accepted. Second (or third) person travelling on the same trip is half price. Note, mileage is additional and billed separately and varies depending on where we travel on the Island and current fuel prices. Vancouver Island can take around 8 hours to drive from top to bottom ... and that is one way! Additionally, I am ICBC insured and licensed to transport people for adventure tours. My vehicle is also ICBC safety inspected every 6 months.

one day victoria area photo tour
I offer a full one day photo tour around beautiful Victoria & Sooke on beautiful Vancouver Island. With over 15 year photography experience and countless trips to the area, this is a trip to remember. Depending on the time of year we will photography 3 locations of the following: Sunrise in Sidney, Mary Vine Falls (Sooke), Sandcut Beach waterfalls (20 minutes from Sooke), Hatley Castle & gardens (Victoria), Butchart Gardens (admission fee additional), and a sunset in North Saanich (Ardmore or Moses Point).
Price is $900 CDN + 5% GST for first person. Second person is half price to maximum of three people and gear in my SUV. Trip includes pick up and drop off from Victoria International Airport and/or BC Ferries (Swartz Bay terminal) and transportation to and from the Victoria area. Trip also includes lunch and bottled water (gluten free options available). Hotel stay for guests and are not included.

Two day port renfrew photo tour
I offer a full two day photo tour to beautiful Port Renfrew on the west coast of Vancouver Island. With over 15 year photography experience and countless trips to the area, this is a trip to remember. Depending on the time of year, we visit and photograph waterfalls at Sandcut Beach, Mystic Beach, and Sombrio Beach. We also photograph beaches at those same locations above and include Botany Bay and Botanical Beach. Oh and we don't forget the famous Fairy Lake tree, and the forest and woodland areas of Avatar Grove and Eden Grove.
Price is $1,850 CDN + 5% GST for first person. Second person is half price to maximum of three people and gear in my SUV. Trip includes pick up and drop off from Victoria International Airport and/or BC Ferries (Swartz Bay terminal) and transportation to and from Port Renfrew. Trip also includes lunch and dinner on day one and lunch on day two (gluten free options available) and bottled water. Hotel stay for guests and myself are not included (I am fine to share a room).
